Many congratulations to Sydney Lewis and Emma Simon who are through to the next round of the English Speaking Union debating competition which took place at Bishop Wordsworth’s School this week.   Six schools took part in three debates and our team was one of the three teams to get through. 

Several members of our Sixth Form debating team took part in the floor debates. Polly Blythe, Sydney Lewis, Emma Simon and Maddie Wright all made some excellent and insightful points.
